I like using sabastion triliance for my shampoo and conditioner. I also use trilance thermal protection when I use heat on my hair. sabastion voulpt is good for volume.

Have you heard of horse shampoo? Yes, horse shampoo. It helps you grow your hair longer and thickens your hair also and makes it look more healthy. For shine, I recommend a hair oil for shine? But I don't personally use any for my hair. I've tried horse shampoo and it helped a lot. Also affordable. You can find it at your local wal-mart or target.

Main and tail is what its called. and that stuff is amazing. I used it for years before I became a cosmetologist.
