Exfoliate!:) use a gentle exfoliater like a aloe one from the body shop once a day it's soo incredibly gentle but still exfoliates and maybe once a week use a slightly stronger exfoliater but remember to always be gentle and never rub to hard this way you'll be damaging the skin cells and it will not be smooth.
