Hair extension of course you can either use permanently for 2-3days or for 3-6months and I do these extensions for my friends, hair and other tools I bring myself first costs 80$ second begins from 300 $ to 700$ it depends how long and etc.you want: )

The best thing you can do for your hair is keep it healthy. Nothing you can do will make your hair grow faster than it does (the rate of hair growth is determined by genetics). However, as long as you trim your split ends (the longer you leave them, the further up the shaft of your hair they will split), and keep your hair healthy, you should be fine. Try to cut back on heat styling and brushing your hair (that's because brushing can tear your hair and create more split ends if you're not careful...and let's be real, who carefully brushes their hair?).

These products are the best things ever and helped me grow super long and least we forget healthy hair! The thing on the left is a vitamin called biotin it targets your nails and hair and helps them grow stronger. I take one tablet a night and I have the 7500 mcg although you can get it in lower servings. The thing in the middle is "way to grow long and strong conditioner" by "not your mothers" they have a shampoo and conditioner for this and honestly it smells delicious and it's the greatest thing I've ever used! The bottle on the right is biotin and collagen amplifying lotion, it makes your hair look fuller and thicker and I highly recommend it! Also when growing out your hair you want to avoid split ends at all costs so get a heat protectant spray from any brand you like and that will protect your hair against breakage from the blow dryer, straightener, curling iron or anything you use
