Don't wear makeup that's too excessive. I moved school once and was very shy, so I wore crazy blue and pink cut-crease eyeshadow on my first day. I guess I thought I could hide behind it, but it just attracted a lot of attention to me and labeled me as a bit 'edgy' or 'out there', so people were less willing to talk to me. Keep makeup natural and pretty looking, but be sure to be yourself! I see from your picture that winged liner looks great on you- you have gorgeous eyes. Your hair is beautiful too, and it'd look great curled. Wear comfortable clothes, like you're not trying too hard. Skinny jeans and a nice shirt perhaps? I can't really help with the clothes part, because in Ireland we have to wear uniforms.
I'd just advise you to be yourself! I'm sure you're a wonderful person, and if you just be yourself, your new classmates will love you for who you are :) meeting new people is fun and exciting, so many friends yet to be made!

Just wear a casual outfit (jeans) and have your natural hair :) if you do want to wear makeup, just wear eyeliner and mascara, have fun at your new school and be open to new friends!

I would say to be very sweet and open, but I know it's easier said than done. Smile a lot, be happy, and take deep breaths:)
