The perfect skin includes the perfect diet more than anything. This would include No grains, no dairy, no beans or soy; your diet must be high in protein ( fish, grass fed meats ) vegetables, fruits ( especially berries ) nuts , and omega fats. This is a Paleo diet.
For home remedies I have lots, it's just understanding that what you eat greatly effects your skin. The idea that our diets have nothing to do with our skin should have been given a boot a long time ago. The study is not only flawed but with many mistakes. It was conducted back in the 60s on a bunch of prisoners to make it worse ( they eat crap all the time ). I have lots of information on clear skin because of my dads Natural Cures Bible but I don't think you wanna read about some study.
Some of my favorite home remedies include Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Honey, Oatmeal, Tomato, Banana, and oils like coconut oil and tea tree oil. It's not easy but I can say I get asked what foundation I use when I'm not wearing make up and I'm like what are you talking about? I'm not wearing anything lol.
