Maybe a peachy pink or red lip with neutral shadow and a slight wing with liquid or gel eyeliner two braids is always an easy classis cowgirl hair.

I would go for a neutral bronze eye shadow and peachy blush with a nice rose lippie! hair wise-soft waves or braids :)
