Hey you beautylish girls! Can you mabye help me? So I have the *mate about you* top coat from essie.. I saw so mani nails in the internet and I just felt in love.. But it doesn't get really mate.. :( do you've got this product too? How do you use it? Thanks for help!! Xoxo Jen.

I've only used the one from Chanel, and it only worked when I used a really thin layer. Maybe that works for yours too :)

I have Matte about you and I LOVE it! Super matte. It's definitely possible you may have gotten a bad bottle. That very common with polishes because there's no way to tell how long they've been on the shelf, and it could go bad while sitting in the store. Did you get it at Ulta? They're really good about exchanging things.
