I can't find the right eyeliner for my eyes since I wear contact lenses , the liners never seem to stay on. And water proof ones? Ugh they're horrid! Any good liners used by other contact lense wearers? (I like to line my water line too)

I wear glasses/contacts. I don't have oily lids though. I use loreal or maybelline gel liner for my top and urban decay 24/7 pencil liners for my water line. For more staying power you could pat shadow over your liner.

I never thought to use that combination lol setting the liner with shadow makes sense that it will stick better. Thanks 😉

If it's for your waterline (both upper and lower) I HIIIGHLY suggest the Makeup Forever one, it's so good and it lasts forever! I have just a mini one and it's lasted me like 5 months so far and it has barely shrunk at all (I only line my upper waterline though, and not every day). Another super good option is the NYX slide on liners. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET THE URBAN DECAY ONES OH MY GOD THEY ARE HORRID FOR CONTACTS. I used it once and almost immediately I had liner ALL OVER my lenses and I couldn't see and it was just a disaster. Stay AWAY.
If you're looking for like a liquid liner, I love the Stila waterproof liner! It stays on so well and it's so easy to apply!!
