How can you eliminate redness from a pimple overnight without making my face dry?

Redness has to be toned down depending on skin condition. It won't happen overnight though. you can lightly cover it with a concealer like glamaflouge or apply an astringent toner like from oxy, clean and clear to reduce more pimples from forming, but also getting oil control and clean skin.

I use visine like if I just popped a pimple and it's red.

I put ice on it and it seems to help with the puffiness and the redness.

I agree ^ use ice for the inflammation & a little redness will go away. You will wake up with redness still. But you can cover it with some concealer or foundation pretty.
