Get a heavier moisturizer or use some oil to moisturize the area and at night put a layer of vaseline there and sleep with it. Maybe its a cold burn some times when the weather is too cold I wear a oil based foundation to go out if its really cold that prevents me from get a cold burn. Hope it helps

1) Steam your face by putting it over a bowl of hot hot steaming water or just do this in the shower
2) After about 8~15 minutes of your face steamed, soak a towel or rough but not too rough cloth in the warm water and squeeze out the excess water to just make it damp
3) wrap one layer of the towel on the top of your index finger and rub the towel/cloth on your nose in small circles working slowly from one section to another. This will remove all your dead skin that was about to peel off, leaving you with a smooth surface.
4) After youre done showering or steaming your face, finish off with cold water to rehydrate the skin since hot water does slightly dry out the skin.
5) Use a thick moisturizer on your face or nose (wherever exfoliated) or your eye cream on it.
6) You can also do a face mask after exfoliating and patting your skin with bare hands while the water is still on it until there's no water left.
Mash half an avocado until there's no chunks or just a bit. Then add a quarter cup of milk and a drizzle of organic honey. You can also add half a banana. Mix everything together and keep it on your face about 15 minutes at least
