It could be caused by the weather, change in diet, change in skincare routine, stress, etc. Don't pop them because it may scar. Just keep cleansing and moisturizing like normal. If you want to switch things up a bit I recommend trying out Simple Skincare's Gel Cleanser, it's very gentle on the skin and shouldn't irritate the whiteheads.

Whiteheads like closed comedone? or pimples? about the last - I don,t pop them, apply over night skinoren on the dot only and in the morning it,s dry or very tiny. it,s an anti acne cream with 15% azelaic acid:-)

Just be careful with acne creams, because most people think they have acne even when they don't which will then cause the acne creams to make your skin worse or highly irritate the area. There's no harm in giving it a try though (:

I don,t have acne and that gel is suitable for pimples, better go to pharmacy and ask for smth designed to dry pimples. I,ve seen some sticks applied only on spots:-)

Are you talking about pimples or millia , millia are little small white bumps , caused by dry skin , you can have them removed by lancing them but I'd prefer to just exfoliate and moisturise :)

Honestly just pop them and apply some witch hazel. They'll dry up over night. If you don't have witch hazel then just try toothpaste.
