I don't know... I've heard that a lot of people use brushes because it's easier I guess.
Otherwise, you can choose whatever you want and is easier for you ☺☺☺

You can do either way.
Brush or fingers work. I like sponges better though
A sponge I feel works best to spread and equal out the product

Don't use sponges. They soak up too much of the product. I use my fingers and dab it on my face, then rub it in in circular motions.
