Does anyone know if the sensitive brush is rougher or softer than the acne brush?? I want to use something a little stronger than the acne brush but don't know if I should get the sensitive brush or the normal head. Please help!

It's softer. I believe because you had the sensitive brush but I felt like it wasn't cleaning that good so I got the acne brush

If you have acne you might not wanna get a rougher one they make the acne head softer because you don't want to disturb your ance and spread it around your face and you don't want it to become inflamed

The normal brush is rougher than the acne one? I know I just think I need something a little rougher than the acne brush. Do you think I should just get a deep pore brush head and use that once a week instead or something?

The rough one can actually irritate your skin and make your acne worse.

Well for me the rougher the better with acne because it gets deep down in the pores , I'm not saying scrub your face off lol , I'm just saying personally I would prefer the rough one , I think it's up to you everyone skin reacts different

Yes you can do that, that's fine if you wanna deep cleanse once a week.

I suffer from acne and I prefer the sensitive head over the acne head just because I do feel like it cleans a lot better. The normal one is a little too rough for my skin and I have sensitive skin (I break out extremely easily). If you want to deep cleanse once a week, I would just suggest you using a deep cleanse cleanser once a week with your Clarisonic rather than switching the head because the rougher the head is, the easier it is to irritate your skin and create micro tears on your face, especially if it's cold where you are (I'm assuming you're within the states).
