Ok so I applied for the MUA 40% discount on saturday. I made sure to supply everything asked for in the app, and made SURE to select the 40% drop down.

Today I went to check my account (anxious I know) and even though the app hasn't even been reviewed yet...it has me under "Industry Professional 20%" in my account details page. I was literally Santa Claus with that app, double and triple checking everything and I KNOW I selected the Makeup Artist 40% option.

Is this just something that they place everyone who applies under until the application is approved?
If not,who do I call/contact to correct this?

Turns out they do default your status as 20% until the app goes through. As of now, I hold the Makeup Artists discount card from them. Yay!
