Does anyone use Maracuja oil for their face? I've been reading about how awesome its supposed to be and was thinking of trying it. Just wanted to hear some ones opinion on it.

I got one of Tartes small sampling boxes and it had some in it. After only a few uses I can say that the oil really does help. It's helped to even out my skin texture wise and control oil and dryness (I have combo skin). I would recommend it for sure!

Thanks guys! is it to heavy to use in the morning too? I have oily skin but my nose is always peeling and have dry patches on my cheeks. I heard it was awesome for combo sskin.

It is suggested to use at night so I would try that first. Then maybe see how it feels and when you'd feel most comfortable using it. I use it at night and I had the same issue with dry patches.

Lolita, Tarte makes one but its a little pricey. you can order it from any natural or organic website. I even saw.some one Etsy. Ulta has a set for $19 that has a small maracuja oil, Amazonian clay blush and a lip gloss. I just ordered that.

I had better luck with josie maran again oil. the maracuja from tarte made me break out, nothing major but enough to make me hesitant to continue using. personally I dint mind paying for the josie maran...because it feels light and has zero scent!

I use Josie Maran Argan oil when I start seeing dry patches. In the winter time my skin gives me mixed signals. Or the most part I'm oily but when I put my makeup on I can see patches and my skin does not look smooth. This oil helps me a lot.

Kelly V, I have oily skin so I use the maracuja oil at night and I use Josie Maran light argan oil under my makeup during the day. :)

This stuff works miracles! I absolutely love it! I also like to mix it in with body lotions and facial moisturizers for the daytime so its not as heavy. At night though, I submerge my face in it and it works amazingly! lol I did a whole post about it on my blog http://macysbeautyblog.blogspot.com/search/label/skincare.
