I would look up tutorials from well know make-up artist maybe.. That's what I've been doing and I haven't perfected it yet but helps to see the different ways people do it.

You could do what Marie said, but search for MakeupByMandy24 on YouTube and I think she has a video of morning routines and she does a winged eyeliner. I think…you can check it out.

To get a crisp line use an eyelid primer before, start in small strokes and use a felt tip eyeliner for easy use :)
