What's the best color eyeshadow to wear with Red lipstick? I wore a powder blue..is that ok?

With red lips I prefer neutral on the eyes. I don't want to many colors going on on my face because I want the red to stand out

I always go for a clean look with my eyes if wearing a red lippie. Mascara and maybe a few individual eye lashes.
