Have you tried plucking with tweezers? It takes time but hairs eventually stop growing back. Test it with one hair, or a small patch, see how you feel.

Try a sugar wax :) I make my own, it works great, and the hair doesn't grow back for a month.

I have the same issue and I just bleach my arms. Just buy a body bleaching kit and try that.

I've been using an epilate for years and over time, I've noticed a significant decrease in the thickness and amount of hair regrowth.

These are the ingredients

2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup water
2 tsp lemon juice

I mix together all the ingredients into a sauce pan, then turn the heat on high until it boils. Then turn the heat to medium

Next stir occasionally and watch closely at the color, you want it to turn a golden brown color, it may take awhile.

Then turn off the heat, and pour your wax into a microwaveable container. Be careful, the wax will be extremely hot.

It will take a few hours for the wax to fully cool, if you messed up and the wax is too liquidy, you can put it in the microwave for a few mins. If the wax is too hard and sticky, adding more water and putting it in the microwave will help.

When you're ready to wax, heat your container in the microwave for 10-20 seconds and stir with a wooden Popsicle stick. You can buy those waxing clothes, but I take an old pair of jeans, and cut them up into strips, I can put them in the washing machine to get all the wax off and reuse them.

Dust your skin with a bit of baby powder, or cornstarch. Take your Popsicle stick and smear the wax on your skin, take your cloth, press it onto the wax, and rub it down. Then rip off the cloth as fast as you can, in the opposite direction of the hair growth.

Also if anyone is interested in an epilator, this is a website that gives you specs on the best epilators of 2013.

You can find what best fits your needs, epilators are a good choice next to waxing. The hair takes a couple weeks before it grows back. :)

Honestly when it comes to body hair removal, nothing keeps it at bay like electrolysis. But that can get costly, my clients love products from Veet, no heat, or if you feel comfortable enough MOOM is a at home waxing kit organic and sugar based kit. Comes with muslin strips, its great because it will stick to hairs but not the  Skin.
