I've dove ombre nails before. I decided to try a new technique this time. Any opinions are welcome!

Just try to make inbetween the white and pink the pink lighter to create that effect otherwise it's beautiful!

I painted my nails white and dabbed a lil pink on a make-up sponge. worked my way out from the cuticules.

Three would add more depth/ definition.

I think it looks really good actually :p they fade into each other really well. but if you want you could use a 3rd colour.

Hi Amanda! I think yours look great! I remember when I first did ombre nails. I found it tough! Here is mine (:

WOW those are great nails Carissa! I kniw there are a few way to get the ombre effect. I mastered one of them, but its just too time consuming and too much prep for me. I'm loking into other techniques. this was a result of one. do you know of others?

That looks awesome! Just a tip- you could put some Vaseline around your cuticles to make clean-up much easier.

Hi Amanda! Not really, for mine, I used a sponge to help me (: I have tried a few other ways but I think the sponge works best? How did you do yours?

I used the triangle make-up sponge. instead of putting the pokish straight onto the sponge I dabbed it in the polish and then applied it to my nails. I did my nails again but instead used eye make-up applicators (the spongy kind) I find that to be easier and less of a clean up.
