I really like the stila pencil. Soon I'm playing on buying the pen to see how it compares.

No on the Stila pencil (Onyx) this thing smudges so bad b/c its very creamy & soft. Try MUFE waterproof pencil or Loreal intensifique liquid liner, i use that on my lid to create a perfect cat eye :-)

The Inglot gel liners and MAC Superslick Liquid Eyeliners are the best because they literally last all day. I apply my eyeliner around 5am and take it off around 5pm. They never smudge or run. They are worth every penny.

A great eyeliner that works well all-day or for winged looks is STILA All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner in Jet Black. Sephora is a great place to purchase it!

I agree with the Stila liquid liner. It truly does last all day. I wore it last night to my holiday party. for gel liner I recommend Makeup Geek in Immortal , pencil MUFE
