I don't know if my question makes any sense, honestly but I was just wondering if there was make-up that can go on top of foundation or a cc cream so my face doesn't look so matte? I just want something that helps to make my make-up look a bit more natural looking, I guess.

You could use a highlighter, don't wear any powder. or wear a foundation with a dewy/natural finish.

Use a setting spray to take away that powdery matte look, then use a luminous highlighter on your cheeks, bridge of your nose, and Cupid's bow to make your skin look like it's glowing.

Well, if you're using a liquid/cream foundation, then you need a powder.
try a translucent powder?? I use Revlon's & it sets my foundation without making my skin look matte or cakey.

What kind of skin do you have? Try buying a foundation that doesn't have a matte finish. I really like L'Oreal True Match for a dewy look. I know NYX has a dewy setting spray. Also, I personally found that most bb creams automatically made my face look shiny (I have oily skin). So try applying just a bb cream instead of foundation, or apply it under your foundation. You can also try highlighting or an illuminator.

If price isn't an issue, Hourglass has powders called "ambient lighting", in my opinion they really give the skin a glow back to it over foundation, I love it!

Nars illuminator, Too Faced Candlelight Glow Duo, Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette or they also have a new highlighter out (only at ulta for the new one though), Hard Candy (walmart only) Doll Face highlighter, or Nars powder called Albatross is good too.

I agree with the highlighting and setting spray. It will definitely give a more natural look.

You good wear a base or a primer underneath that will give an illuminating and dewy look such as bourjois happy light illuminating primer, benet that gal primer. you can get bb creams that are meant to target dull and matte looking skin like the vichy idealia bb cream or the dr jart detox bb cream. you can also apply cream highlighters where the light usually hits, benefit high beam is an awesome choice. finally a setting spray will give such a dewy looking makeup to your look. the body shop vitamin e mist, mac fix+, or avene eau thermal are some choices. if you have dry flaky skin, exfoliate with a gentle scrub that won't irritate your skin such as the st I've's face srub, then you will have a clear canvas to work on. moisturize daily to keep your skin from looking dull and matte. Finally, coconut oil is great for dry skin and it gives a legit dewy look thats looks natural rather than oily. good luck!
