I'm planning on dying my hair soon and I was wondering how do I dye my hair extensions too. Or maybe just dying my hair extensions... What do you guys think? Should I do my full head or just the extensions? And how would I do it? Thanks!

I kinda disagree with Kabuki. If you wanna go lighter, you'll definitely need to bleach the hair extensions lighter first in some kind of way (either with bleach and developer or baking soda [I've done both methods on my hair extensions]), if they're human hair extensions, and dye over it for a lighter color. It definitely is possible cause I've done it. It doesn't necessarily have to be darker. Of course with bleaching you need to care for them the same way you would your own hair so it doesn't break off.

You can dye hair extensions. I do it with my hair all the time. You'd have to bleach the hair first.
