Hi ladies,
I've never had dry hair before but lately after I shower my hair is matted and birds nesty at the top.
Anyone have any suggestions to help my hair? I have a leave in conditioner but it doesn't help.
Thanks!!

Honey honey honey! Works every time, mix it with some oils as Lauren g suggested or mayo or egg or avocado or fruit, what ever you have really. Leave on your hair with a shower cap on and if you want to hear up a towel to wrap around your head to make it a little more intense, leave for as long as you can handle it and wash off as normal! Try using sulphate free shampoos as normal shampoo tends to really dry your hair out or if you want to do it the cheap way try the no poo method and use a mixture of bicarbonate soda and water as a substitute for shampoo your hair will love you for it. :)

Do conditioning treatments to keep your hair healthy, like almond oil hair treatments, egg and mayonnaise or avocado hair masks, or an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals to repair and moisturize. That should make your hair look and feel better.

I do the honey/oil/egg mask now and then too...leave it on for an hour so then wash and condition as usual. it leaves my hair sooo soft and less prone to frizz. it may not be just the thing for your hair but there's a variety of combinations to try and see what works for you
