I think youre going to have to talk to some kind of a doctor. I do not think that any one can tell why you have these, or what it is or how to get rid of it. My advice is, only wash your face with water, and do not put make up on it.

Use tea tree oil, it will go away in a week or so.

They kinda look like hives...? You probably need to see a doctor ASAP.
