How do I make my eyes nicer? I need to get rid of these bags under my eyes!! I'm wearing concealer already in this picture but clearly I need something else... I'm using erase paste right now, suggestions??

Put cold spoons on your eyes before you go to sleep and I have blue-green eyes and this is what I usually wear but with less eyeliner now.
