Try using a nail strengthener or you can go to Whole Foods or a vitamin store and get vitamins to make your hair and nails healthier! Drink Milk! (:

Hair skin and nails vitamins can be expensive. I have heard from many people to use prenatal vitamins. Even the cheapest brand works.
