Try using a nail strengthener or you can go to Whole Foods or a vitamin store and get vitamins to make your hair and nails healthier! Drink Milk! (:

Hair skin and nails vitamins can be expensive. I have heard from many people to use prenatal vitamins. Even the cheapest brand works.

What helped for me is drinking alot of water and cutting out the sugary drinks during the day like soda, juice, etc.
