It's a investment but I recommend a clarisonic the sonic action cleanse deep down to your pore wall and shakes the oil and dirt loose then use a retinol serum a few times week to start this will help speed your cell turnover up and keep your pores free of dead skin and dibre also followed by a moisturizer

Steam your face then use a clay mask! The steam will open your pores so the ingredients of the mask will seep in much better. :)

When it comes to blackheads salicylic acid is always the best. The way salicylic acid works is by dissolving things in layers, so it's perfect for getting deep into pores and getting rid if whatever is clogging them, I definitely suggest finding a cleanser with it and adding it to your every day skin care routine for getting rid of and preventing them afterwards, especially if you're prone to them. I would also suggest getting a salicylic acid infused exfoliator, and use it once a week. This will help speed up the process of cleaning out your pores. Just make sure you don't do it too often or it will irritate your skin and cause overproduction of oils, which can just worsen your blackheads.
For a quick fix Pore strips are always great, though they tend to only grab the fresher ones that aren't so settled and tight. You should steam your face, before you apply them so your pores are at their loosest, and to make extraction much easier. After you're done rinse your face with cold water to prevent more dirt from getting in your pores.
If you're really in a rush and you have some tougher ones that won't go away, there are black head extraction tools that you can use to squeeze the dirts out without pushing bacteria deeper or damaging your skin, you can get them at some drug stores by the tweezers and all that, or any beauty supply store
