How to stop rubbing off eyeliner?

I tend to rub my eyes a lot, yet now days whenever I put on eyeliner before I leave the house its almost already faded because I kept rubbing my eyes! How do I train myself not to do this..?

I know it won't stop you from doing it, but maybe use a waterproof eyeliner or put a primer on to keep it in place.
