Almost any medium light bright color like hot pink, coral, turquoise, sky blue, lime green etc. looks good with tan skin as well as white, of course. Red, navy, browns, black, dark greens etc. don't look so good with tan skin, though. Coral is my favorite with a light turquoise in 2nd place!! : P

SHADOW
Layering your lids with a rust-colored shadow, like CoverGirl Queen Collection 1-Kit Eye Shadow in Fire It Up, is the quickest way to draw attention to blue eyes

White As Snow
Red hair makes an impact and even more so when you put it against white. For a flirty and feminine look that makes your red curls the feature, opt for a delicate lace dress and nude platform pumps. If you're a natural redhead you likely have porcelain skin and wearing white will make your look rosy and fresh. Emma Stone pulled off this look on the red carpet when she paired a long, breezy white dress with sideswept red hair. For an added pop, bold earrings like Emma's turquoise studs will contrast with your hair and stand out.
The Little Black Dress
The little black dress is a wardrobe staple for all women. It works with any kind of hair, skin tone and body type; however, if you're rocking ginger locks, and LBD will help brighten your hair's color. "Mad Men" actress Christina Hendricks rocks a form-fitting LBD with her bright, ginger tresses for what was undeniably sexy and chic. If you want to try a similar look, choose a bustier or strapless cocktail dress in black. The simpler the dress, the bigger an effect your hair will have.
Going Green
Green-colored clothing looks remarkably stunning on women with red hair. Red and green are opposites on the color wheel, so when you put them together they contrast. In an outfit; this is a great juxtaposition that makes the color of your long curls look deeper, richer and multidimensional. If you're naturally a redhead, you're also likely to have green or blue eyes. When paired with a green frock, they'll look even brighter and more vibrant. If you want to give this look a try, a classic pea coat in forest green is always in style.
Red, Red, Red
If your hair is red, you might steer clear of that sexy red jacket or playful red dress. Instead of avoiding color, why not embrace it? Florence Welch of the band Florence and the Machine embraces her fiery red curls by sporting fire engine lipstick and nail polish. Auburn beauty Isla Fisher isn't afraid of color either. The actress has been seen sporting vibrant red and orange dresses, which bring out the brown tones of her hair color. If you want to give the look a try, go for a pair of sexy red pumps or a minidress in a bright, bold red.
