When I think of elegent I think of natural, you should use foundation not to much, but really light, and light bronzer, Top liner & mascara

Elegant = classy and classy means natural. I would apply full coverage to my face meaning foundation, concealer and a matte powder. Also, look up how to contour your face, it isn't difficult and looks super elegant and put together. then pick a feature to play up, for example your eyes. If You were to make your eyes bold and pop, You would do a natural lip. Like this
