I agree Patricia. I didn't 100% believe it at first. But then again, it makes sense it was released in France first...Sephora is based in Paris and L'Oreal (also a Paris based company) acquired Urban Decay in November of last year. even though the Urban Decay Label is based in California, it also has a factory in Nice, France.
