Try tea tree oil as a spot treatment, it'll dry your pimples right up overnight. and don't worry if you get one that doesn't smell good, haha the smell wears off in a half hour.

Very easy but you need to be faithful to this routine: morning and night, clean with salicylic acid face wash, toner like Neutrogena for acne and moisturizer with again, salicylic acid. You should do a skin peel every week as well. You should see results after about a month!
