You can buy a kit, or use darker foundation, or powder foundation. Also some use bronzer.

You can use any of the following:
Brown eyeshadow
Bronzer
Dark powder foundation
Make sure it's matte no matter what you use. Contour doesn't look natural when it's shimmery. I wouldn't use a foundation unless you can blend it out very very smoothly. Powder works better overall. :)

Yes! Whatever you use, make sure its it's matte- shimmer will give your face a dirty-look without actually adding any depth. You can balance a matte bronzer with a sheer, shimmery, or light reflecting highlighter/illuminator.
Make sure that the bronzer you're using has a grey to cool undertone. You want to add depth, and dimension, not just warmth, and color to your face. Skip the orangey bronzers. Foundations, darker blushes, ans eyeshadows may work. Make sure its brown, with a cool undertone- 2-3 shades darker than your actual skin tone.

There are also sculpting kits you can use, specialized for contouring. There are a few good quality ones I know of.

I use my eyebrow pencil as it is quite light brown. I make a thin faint line under my cheekbone and then blend with a brush. add more pencil if you need it darker. then I use some bronzer on top of that but not too much and I use a highlighter or light concealer on my cheek bone. hope this helps
