Eyelid/Crease Skin Bumps?!

Hey guys so odd question. I wash, tone, and lotion my face everyday.. I have combo skin.. but I noticed about a year ago my eye crease all the way to my brow bone have this faint little bumpies.. when I use a shimmer or metallic in this area they become really prominent.. I'm only 25 so I don't think its ageing already?! here's a pic to get the idea (yes I know I need to do my eyebrows don't judge lol haha!!) does anyone else have this/ know how to get rid if it or at lease cover it?! I use two face shadow insurance and sometimes I use the Mac paint pot in my skin tone nothing seems to hide them :-(

To me it looks like dry skin. Mine also gets like that:/?

Minds gets like that some time, honestly I do not know the cause of it, but with an eye cream over night, it gets much better.

I get little bumps like that on my eyelids aswell!! My always is on the lid and almost never get above the crease...

For me I can say that it's not dry skin... it's I tiny hard little white bump... I hate them :/ and unfortunately I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it :/
