First of all love your eyeliner and eye colour! Gorgeous!! Second! Haha erm try using ice wrapped in a paper towel right on the spot for 20mins on, 20mins off maybe twice? That worked with me once but if youu want instant results use eye drops! This is the fastest way to reduce redness, as they are designed to work instantly - perfect for when you've just noticed a spot on your face in the morning! -.-
It is temporary though and won't do anything to help reduce the pimple overall
Apply a couple of drops to the spot using a cotton bud, and once dry you can cover it up with concealer, I find that cucumber works really well too xx hope this helps

It's not that awful! You could use some concealer and powder for a more natural look, though. And if you want more coverage, BB cream.
