So I have a cousin that's never done her makeup. all she uses is eyeliner and mascara. which is not a bad thing at all but I want to do her whole face and make her look beautiful! :) she's already beautiful but I want her to look different tonight.
I'm just having a hard time deciding if I should do a dramatic look or a simple more natural look. what do you girls think?

Probably something g simple and natural so she can start to do that on herself.
