Your brows are a bit short/far back.Make them a little longer in the front. They also have a defined arch so give your brows more shape. Also pin ups don't wear heavy eye makeup. I would ditch the lower lash liner products (crept nude waterline liner and mascara.)
For inspiration, go on Pinterest and look at rockabilly pin boards (I have one- http://www.pinterest.com/LolaSymone/rockabilly-pin-up-and-vintage-inspiration-fashion-/ )
Know the words: rockabilly and psychobilly. Research them
