Thoughts on Smashbox eye primer?

Just bought some online and wondering if anybody has tried it? I'm hoping it can keep my eyeliner from running and smudging so much.

Actually is good it corrects as a concealer I loved it :) but it could flake if eyes not moisturize :) it holds makeup beautifully I think is better than primer portion
