How do I get better eyebrows?

I really do need help with my eyebrows. right now they're filled with an eyebrow pencil, but how can I get them more arched?

Pull your arch up while your plucking them. Never pluck the too just underneath don't pull the front either just where the arch is and then get an eyebrow pencil and fill them in, also fill In a little more near the arch so it appears to have more arch. Pull the skin where the ends of your eyebrow are and pencil it in strait towards the side of your head but just pencil it in a little more then where the end of your eyebrow is, whatch my videos on makeup I think I do my eyebrow in one of the videos. It's iheartmakeup1264.
