Found a link (posted below) of a popular beauty blog stating bought Lavender Voltage at CVS and available in Canada. Everything else I found were amazon or eBay,but you didn't want to buy online. Worse case, maybe have to find another dupe for MAC Heroine?

Okay did some checking around and found several possible dupes only difference is they have a shimmer finish and MAC Heroine is a matte finish. Here they are: MAC Violetta, Cover Girl Divine, Lancome Rouge in Love Violette Coquette #38, Milani Violet Volt, Maybelline Brazen Berry (looks just like Heroine but a shimmer finish) and Maybelline Fuschia Flash.
