Forever21 and rue21 are really shitty quality. So is Kholes...avoid those stores. I really like Hollister and Abercrombie--their clothes are reasonably priced and I have never had a quality problem with the clothes.

Any store that you like in general, probably has a website that you can buy stuff off of. like most people on here have been saying, forever 21, but I perssonally am not a big fan. (they do have a few cute dresses though) I would research some local buisnesses that have websites. you'd be surprised!
