St. Ives apricot scrub has walnut shell shards that are pointy, sharp, and hard. That can cause microtears.
You can use brown rice flour, or make your own scrub with jojoba beads for exfoliation.
My favorite face wash brand is CeraVe

The Amino genesis really really clean cleanser is absolutely amazing, and it was originally made for people with skin cancer so it has tons of great benefits. I also really like the body shops tea tree cleanser and exfoliating cream for acne fighting :)

I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub three times a week at night and then use Clean and Clear Microbead Morning facewash every single day! My acne has cleared up completely! I also use a Lush Mask of Magnamity face mask twice a week and use Lush Ocean Salt once a week. Make sure to keep your face moistruized with all the washing!!
