How do I make sure my eyeliner doesn't smear and stays the same all day?My eyeliner fades and smears like 3 hours how do I prevent this?

I use lancome artliner..it nerver smudges! Stila is the best!

Use gel liner thats what I use and it never smudges

I use liquid liner and that stays but on my lower lash line I use cover girl perfect point plus and it smears horribly

Use an eyeshadow over the liner. make sure it is the same shade.

When using a liquid liner, set it which a black eyeshadow on a push liner brush and it will not go anywhere. Make sure you apply eye primer as well.
