I've gone to the dermetologist, but nothing works! I've got pimples, scars, pore acne, and black heads! Need some good treatments.

Develop a oil-free, fragrance-free skincare routine- cleanse your face morning and night, tone, exfoliate etc. Try weekly exfoliation and steaming (steam your face under boiling water with a little rose water in it). Don't touch your face, or have your hair in your face- pin it away. Drink plenty of water, and tea daily (with very little sugar), and eat food that are rich in vitamins essential for your skin- vitamins A, C, E. If you wear makeup, keep it to a minimum- you need to allow your skin time to breath. Opt for oil-free makeup aswell, your skin doesn't need any extra oil. Remove makeup prior to going to sleep.
You should also change/wash your pillowcase every week, or two. Oily skin is a result of bacteria, and oil buildup. As your skin glands pushing this oil up, and out, which is causing the greasy feeling. You need to keep your skin clean, hydrated, and healthy inside and out. Avoid products with extra oil, and make sure you drink plenty of water, and eat healthy. There are plenty of homemade face maid you could do (like the oatmeal mask), some of which could help your skin. There are plenty of good ones on the internet.
Hope I helped, let me know of you have any questions! :)

^^ do all of this but in the way of at home face masks my favorites are
olive oil- half an hour
plain yoghurt- half an hour
steep green tea for an hour, cut open the bag to get the leaves and then mix 1 tabelspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with the leaves and leave on for half an hour
