Try with white eyeliner on your waterline, it should open up your eyes :)

As oppose to using white liner on the waterline, try a nude color. Rimmel London has great nude eyeliners for cheap! :)
Also, curl your lashes and try a volumizing mascara on the top & a swipe or two of mascara on the bottom lashes. If you don't want to use mascara, try fake eyelashes. You can get individual lashes and place them accordingly, or natural-looking full sets of lashes.
Highlighting plays a big role in making your eyes look bigger as well. Try highlighting with a light color in the inner corner (tear duct area) of your eye, on your browbone, and also on the center of your eyelid. Be sure to blend nicely so it looks natural & pretty. :)
I have the same problem & this works pretty well for me.
GOOD LUCK GIRL! 💜

You can't make them bigger naturally and all the girls I agree with, highlight your waterline with white (; xoxo.

Try a nude eyeliner not white in your waterline because white is harsh!

A nude or white eyeliner on waterline:
-rimmel kohl kajal waterproof eyeliner pencils
Highlight on the inner corner:
-white eyeshadow or shimmery highlight colour (hard candy so baked bronzer in tiki, nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk or cottage cheese)
If you use eyeshadow, bring the crease colour more up. It will open up your eyes and make them look way bigger.
