Make them look more professional...look at other people videos then compare them to yours to see what you can improve ,Keep going hope this helped:)

I would;
Add an intro of you talking about what then vid will be about
Make transitions now so choppy
Go between a-roll and b-roll (it's photography terms, look it up)
Make the voice over louder (diy bow top vid)

Be careful with your background music. The last thing you wanna deal with is copyright issues with YouTube. The strikes your out :-/

I'd say some of the biggest things in improving videos/a channel are video quality, lighting, decent editing, and of course, good content! try and be unique, do some videos that haven't been done to death and of course (uber cliche) be yourself!!
