Its not showing much. Maybe try to take a closer shot? If it is like a pimple, put tea tree oil. If it is like a simple rashes, sudocreme will help or calamine lotion.

My brother had a similar thing, and he went to a dermatologist and diagnosed him with eczema (not sure how to spell it). except his was really red and all over his face. they gave him a perscription cream to stop it.
some tips the doc told him to prevent exzema was:
1. avoid long hot showers which harvest bacteria growth
2. wash face twice a day, morning and evening, with mild soap
3. don't touch the spots as the bacteria can spread that way
hope that helps :)

Try sudocreme or calamine lotion. Probably rashes. You must be irritated from food or weather, etc. many factors.
