I agree with Symone, that Maybellline gel liner is one of my favorites. I have oily lids, without primer it will last 8+ hours and barely smudges.

@Shelby, it doesn't smudge at all and it lasts forever lol. I've used it for pageants to everyday. I even fell asleep in it a couple times and It was still there. It's literally amazing. Jacyln Hill on YouTube uses it too. She worked at MAC for 4 years but prefers the maybelline liner ☺️
