I put benzoyl peroxide cream on an acne breakout 2 days in a row, now my skin is chapped everywhere I put the cream. I figure using aloe vera lotion would help moisturize it and keep it from burning but all it done was make my skin burn+ peel. On top of that the acne is stilllll there.

Okay...best moisturizer I've found for chapped skin is Yu-be, it's very thick and smells like camphor for a bit before it soaks in. Its non irritating, and it works wonders for me in the winter. As for your acne, try tea-tree oil (pure or diluted, but I recommend diluted as pure can be harsh for your skin). It's great for your acne, it's an antibacterial oil and helps reduce the bacteria that cause breakouts. Its a good spot treatment. Also, what's your skincare routine like?

Vitamin e oil and vitamin e lotion, Vaseline, shea butter :) Benzoyl can be a hit or miss for anyone..I suggest something natural like tea tree oil or cinnamon to help get rid of the acne. :)

When I had a burn I used a rich nutritive cream and gentle exfoliated with a cosmetic sponge. It passed in a week.
