What's the best one to use for fall and winter?
And a good face primer as well ?

Depends on your skin. Overall, I'd recommend Philosophy Hope in a Jar. Almost everyone I've recommended it to loves it. They make a regular, dry skin, and oil free version, so you can find one for your skin type.
Primers, smashbox, too faced, or MAC.
